Customers will be allowed to do a one-time exchange for the jewellery purchased online under special circumstances approved by Ishtara Jewellery.
Exchanges are only allowed for 14 days from the date of delivery of jewellery.
Item(s) must be in original condition with the price tag(s) intact to be eligible for the exchange. Free gift (if any), Certificate (if any), original invoice.
The exchange can only be done for new items of higher value.
The management of Ishtara Jewellery has the right to refuse any exchange.
